So you are saying you need to ruin it more?

Hey, wait a minute I resemble that remark.....

I guess I'm driving the exception to the '13 rule.

I've driven 6,187 miles since my date with the "grim reaper" of recalls. No issues, no leaks and my fuel economy has actually gone up!

My last 8 full tanks have gotten 34.45MPH vs my overall average of 33.1. My last tank was 35.06! All with no changes in driving and most of the driving is over the same commuting route.

Of course, now that I've said that, I'll probably not make it home tonight.

I'm picturing meeting up with the Hos and driving out your way together. Will be a fun adventure.

I've gone through that exercise and have carried a full tool kit in the past. Once between New Mexico and Minnesota I sprung a small leak in a radiator hose. Actually used the extra water I packed to limp to the nearest town. I replaced it in the auto parts parking lot.

It was an old machine, though. I don't see that happening with the twin. Everything's too new. Every time I look in the engine bay I am reminded that this is my first non-hooptie ever.

Weirdest military ceremony ever. Brother in law was a sergeant finance clerk. All of his officers here are accountants in uniform. The conversations going on around me are just like work with everybody wearing camouflage. Nerdiest soilders ever.

Other than the owner of Elite Performance.

Ahhh….YES! I can see a separate garage in your back yard -
