CEL is definitely gone; started the car about 5 separate times so far today.

Should I keep the appointment at the dealer just to be safe or cancel it?

Nah. Food takes about 24 hours to work through the system. If you eat dinner, stuffs ready to come out the 24 hours later, but if you don't go at night, it'll come out the next day.

I would call the service manager and ask him. You're in warranty, get it on record.
