Surprisingly close. I make a point of keeping my hardware until the last of the engineering folks have updated theirs. That way, if I can run everything with mine, no one can blame issues on his or her old system.

New theory: Toyota is using all the coverage of the Supra as cover to develop a new 86 in secret. They put a special Supra bodyshell over it to do testing. When they officially reaveal the Supra they will also reveal the new 86 which is no longer a collaboration with Subaru, thus ending the BRZ.
