Actually, recently (pass a yr), he haven't really perma banned anyone. Only temp banned several members for a long time. 3~9 months... depending on his mood lol

When you make a thread about banned member and bitch & complain to know why that member is banned and to unban the banned member, you're walking next to the third Hellcat Owner. Actually, recently (pass a yr), he haven't really perma banned anyone. Only temp banned several members for a long time. 3~9 months... depending on his mood lol

Yea, it was over 4 days ago.

& if I gonna be picky, I'll say 3 memes per day. After you're good for 2wks, I'll bump it up to 5 & so on. If I see more than 3 memes per day (which I'm pretty sure other hooligans can help me keep track lol), you'll be sent to the cave.
