Yeah, I still have warranty. So I could just go to the dealer, but then I need to make an appointment yadda yadda, so it's time-consuming.

No idea though. I've never used it while driving except the aforementioned one-time accident over a year ago, and it's been fine up till the past week or two.

That would be a great car for a son/daughter as a first car …

I bought a 1979 Toyota, Celica, GT, 5 speed for my daughter when she started to drive. It was a good starter car.

Don't count your poultry till the fat chicken sings. I posted about getting a set of used RPF1 for an awesome deal. I thought it was totally going to work out... But the deal fell through.

On the hunt again!

I have considered doing something stupid like these with spacers. 1" spacer in the front and 1.5" spacer in the rear. 225/40 front 245/30 rear tire.

I would take it to the dealer in case it is more than just adjustment. It is odd it would move that much in such short time

Mine lasted 16k, if I remember right. 20K is the most I have had for a set.

Like @Tcoat my first set lasted 62K miles and the second set is already over that. Also, like Tcoat mine is almost all "close to" highway miles.

OK, OK, so @Sapphireho ain't gonna help...

Plan B, proposed by Bubba. Get one or two of these. Drive your car over a empty irrigation ditch, crawl under and attach this to the parking brake cable and adjust till the cable is tight enough.

I'd be happy to help, but it is very odd it would move inches all of a sudden, and he has a warranty. Better safe than sorry is my suggestion.

We are talking about tires, correct?

I guess my commute is all corners. 95% of my miles are driven on HWY 36 in OR, a twisty rural highway. There are only a few straight stretches.
