On a crappy note, today's crazy high winds gave me two new dents on my driver side door, now totally 5 dents on the same door in 4.5 years (with no dents anywhere else). No idea what hit it as they just magically appeared after dinner.

I think I will just leave it cuz I want to keep the car's paint original. Really feels like driving a beater yet it only has 45000km (how many miles is that?)

Funny how we want holes in our jeans to be cool yet desire cars to look perfect.

I have two good sized dings in the side from blowing debris today. Even more surprising are the 20 or so small chips and one actual crack in my windshield from a gust that blew the gravel up from the side of the road when I was driving against the wind. It hit like a shotgun blast. That windshield has been hit by hundreds of rocks with some being huge and never a chip.
Watching the news it looks like you guys got it even worse than we did.

If I had followed my original plan I made when I bought it then I would be trading it in on something new in two more months. Since I decided to keep it a few more years it has to be beautified.

I remember that every fall, just before school started, my older cousins would get brand new jeans ....... which meant that I got a "new" set of hand me downs ....

Sounds like some PDR will take care of it. Being on the same panel actually helps you there.
