I'm thinking that the listing agent has included the basement area in that 3,900+ sq ft area measurement .......

Even so, think about the future ....... you're going to be retired and getting older fast. That house has:

* lots of cabinet space for meds

* large rooms which look to be wheelchair accessible

* enough bedrooms for a live-in caretaker

* It's AARP and Medicare approved

* Large accessible (with lift for cars and wheelchair) basement for hobbies during the loooooong, harsh, Boise winters ....... brrrrrrr

* It has dedicated RV parking - for your wheelchair van

There ya go! ..........

So far we've gotten one person from Sweden, another from Austria, and two from the US accepted. None of us have them, either. The entrance exam is a bit thorough, but it is also open-Internet with enough time to Google up anything you're not sure on. I do suggest brushing up on Linux commands. Most Cisco security appliances are built on Linux at this point, so they drill on commands.
