Just found out I was on TV two nights ago. The local sports channel that covers my baseball team had a special on a player who retired this past season, and the day he retired there was a big thing and his family was there. So they got me in high def, clear audio asking his kid son for his autograph on a baseball, and then a bunch of people "awww"'ing. I was mostly kidding at the time and thought since I couldn't get the player since he was busy it'd be a cool experience for the kid to remember.

Nah. Once I watched about a minute of the intro I realized it was about the dude's career. Since it wasn't at the beginning, figured it would be at the end. I then skipped through short blocks from 17m on until something stood out.

That's a long wait. Every now and then I consider getting a supercharger. Install is simple-ish enough that I could tackle it in a weekend. Big cost though, looking at around 6 grand all said and done for one up here. That's 6 grand better left in my pocket, or put into the retirement fund. Or, put towards a new car.

Plus the whole thing about me really only putting mileage on in the winter makes it a nearly 100% waste of money. I think this past year, I only put about 3000km on it between March and now. Will likely only put about that same amount on it from now until March.

Hell, that's at least 7 new cell phones .........
