I do know all the main, water, gas & breaker for the place. When I got house inspected, he showed me all those stuff.

She doesn't care too much on how the house looks, as long as it's nice & don't look like a shithole. I'm the one want to do all those things. First thing I wanna do is remove the carpet in the first floor guest bathroom. Why? Why they gotta have a carpet in the bathroom... gross

Sounds like you got a good handle on the property.

Yep, I agree, carpet in the guest bathroom is not a good idea ....... ya just never know where old men or drunk men are gonna pee........

I lived in one place that I thought had carpet in the bathroom. Turned out it wasn't.

I know someone that carpeted their kitchen... I can't imagine, I always have food flying off the cutting board when I'm prepping, not to mention flour flying everywhere when baking...

It's good you know where they are, but if they aren't marked I would recommend doing that. It's a lot easier to direct someone to them if you can say "in the utility closet, look left for the sign pointing to it". Even if you know where it is, it's easier to find it in a rush if its clearly marked.
