I want to get back into my pre-IT body shape, basically when I was getting paid to move boxes at UPS. 150-160 and muscle everywhere. Currently almost 180... Though if I'm 165 and all muscle, I'll be happy.

Want to be between cut and bulk I suppose.

Good for you. Now buy the springs anyways. As a present to yourself for going to the gym. Did you save all my previous advice on workout shit? And stay away from cardio. It murders your gains

Oh if I had that motivation. But being on your feet 70-80 hours per week for 8 or 9 months of the year makes you appreciate being able to sit around and do nothing for a few months.

How exactly does cardio decrease muscular gains?

It might put you in a caloric deficit if you're not accounting for it or it will interfere with your strength training.

You would have to do a ton of cardio though.

Varies project to project and place to place. When everything is going well, or at least well enough, we can be out surveying for 10 or 12 hours a day. When things are messed up, and we're waiting on the office to either approve our data, or give us the go ahead to start our surveys, that's when I spend those 70-80 hours sitting in my truck.

I'm in charge of all the work in Ontario this year, so I'm going to see if I can spend a few weeks in the office/at home getting a solid plan put in place to make things go as smoothly as possible.

So I drove my 74' to work today because the battery was dead in my 16'.. It did sit for like 5 days in the cold because I had some days off and then drove my Fiancée's AWD Imprezza during a snow storm. (I don't have winter tires on it because I thought I would be in the Caribben). Anyway.. although my garage isn't heated it also doesn't get crazy cold because of he greenhouse effect from the Sun. And I did find my driver's door was unlocked (sometimes I don't bother when it's in the garage). SO I'm wondering if it needs to be locked to 'sleep' properly? Like is there some setting in the computer that would draw power because I left it open for 5 days? I mean the dome light wasn't on or anything obvious.

Can't quote you because of your umlaut in "fiancee."

Check the electrolyte levels.
