That is me. Did have the name as Tcoat Tcoat so people would know but the Facebook police wanted ID to prove that was my real name and shut it down until I changed it.

LOL auto-correct got me

hahaha I dont buy coilovers for the color, but those ones do happen to look nice IMO. They are the DSG edition FA500's, I went with 7k front and 8k rear spring rates if you really care haha. I am going to try them out this year, but the ultimate plan is to get them upgraded to these http://www.fortune-auto.com/pro2way.htm
Thats why I went with FA even though they are a new company. You can call them and talk to someone and get real answers from them. The guys there are great I have nothing but good things to say about them. The other reason is so I can have them rebuilt/revalved/upgraded in the USA so no need to replace them or send them to japan for a rebuild.

If I drop it and put the lip kit I want on it, it'll scrape everything. If I lower it, it'll have to be as modest as possible. RCE yellows 20mm is the smallest drop I've seen. Meanwhile the word modest in the subforum means between 1" and 1.5" for some reason.

Yeah, the RCE yellows are nice. I like mine, and recommend them.

LOL if you ever need help picking a setup let me know. If you are just going for a drop get some RCE or swift springs. If you want coilovers you can only pick 2 from the following options: Affordable, comfortable, performance. I am not sure how much of a drop I am going for but it will likely be 1-1.5 inches hahaha

RCE Yellows have pretty much always been my short list since day one. I'll end up pairing them with Koni yellow springs, and that's the setup. The only thing that could change that is something else coming along with 20mm or less of a drop.

Koni doesn't make springs (just giving you a hard time)

Yeah thats not a bad option. I personally would get bilstein because they came factory on my dads '93 ZR1 and I must say I am very impressed with them.

Haha had springs on the mind I guess. Of course, you knew I meant the shocks. I've seen both the Koni and the blistein shocks paired with the RCE springs. It seems to be very comparable and down to preference.
