Slingshots (never heard that term lol) are nasty.

She does what fitness competitors do. Bulk and cut, depending on her modeling season, engagements, etc. She'll bulk, get (I can't believe I'm calling it this) a little fat to her, along with muscle, and as it comes time she'll cut. Cut that miniscule fat away to reveal striations and muscle. It's hard on the body, even without steroids (if she uses them, I haven't decided what I think).

You see a man and woman, both with the same chiseled features, keep in mind, I can't remember the exact numbers, but women are designed to have 3-5% more body fat than men. So, women have to go even more hard core to achieve that look. Scary hard core.

We did. I kept the name of the original anesthetic from the oral surgeon and gave it to the doc doing the appendix and he specifically said "oh, no one uses that stuff anymore, you'll be fine." When I woke up in restraints, I knew exactly what had happened. The charge nurse said it was actually pretty common.

I hope to never go under again. Sometimes life has other plans.

Related question. When you dream, do you hold back and follow the rules of society or go nuts? How about in general?

Odd question.

Can't remember the last time I had a dream that I can recall. I do remember having lucid dreams as a kid, Inception kind of stuff.

I wouldn't say I follow the rules, bit of a risk taker, but a pretty stand up guy.

Lucid dreaming is amazing but I get scared it's going to kill me someday. The hardest part is sort of playing along that you know it isn't real without flipping out because if you get scared your going wake up all sweaty and not be able to sleep again. Or even if you do it probably won't be lucid and if for some odd reason it is it almost certainly won't be that dream again. For me I have to go bed with almost no stress to have any hope of 'waking up' in my dream without actually waking up from said dream.

It sure is. It wasn't all the time but I can remember a handful of specific dreams that I knew were dreams and could change what was happening. The one that always stuck with me was a nightmare where I realized it was a dream and made it stop and rewrote what was happening, I was probably 8 or 10 at the time.

I just wish I dreamt more as an adult / could remember my dreams after waking.

I bought a book to teach myself lucid dreaming way back when. Not blaming the book, but I never was able to do it.
