What i'm interested from this most would be base ECU tune, that allows running with catless header without disabling cat not ready checks :/

Nope, just a higher maf scaling (probably because of different airbox), leaner afr (11.6 at 7400rpm instead of low 10, and leaner everywhere else) and more than 3 degress of ign timing everywhere on higher loads
