Look for existing slimline plate holders from other cars. As long as it has a similar shape you can just redrill holes in it to match where they are on the bumper.

Or you might be able to trim back a stock one with a Dremel.

So it does seem ok to drill additional holes on the plate? I suppose as long as it doesnt touch the actually numbers/alphabets.

I hope the sticker doesn't F up the paint. I was wondering, if you end up sticking a number plate sticker on the lip and then one day you decide to change the lip. Does that mean you have to get a new sticker or do you just simply peel it off and stick it on the new lip?

No idea need to ask WTF/StreetFX as that is his car... and his porche has the sticker as well.

I went for a test drive today and took a photo of the number plate holder, i also asked a service guy there when he was setting up an 86 for pick up, if its possible to remove the number plate holder to fit the premium plates. he goes its removable, but you'll have to bend the plates a bit which is illegal. whats wrong with the plate holder? "i'm like "its too big" his like " nah, its perfect, i mean, yeah it's made for jap plates, but it's not blocking anything, so you'll be right ".
