Glad you're okay, that's all that matters. As for the damage, looks mostly cosmetic. Hell, your license plate is still straight . Maybe pop the hood and take a peak under there. As for insurance. If the other person drove through a red, I'm sure insurance will cover it, and your rates shouldn't go up since you wouldn't be at fault (in my opinion anyway).
I know you said you aren't hurt, but go to a doctor and get checked out. Just to be sure! Good luck and keep us posted

FYI your insurance probably includes $1000 in aftermarket parts coverage. I know Progressive does in the US, not sure about Canada.
But like it's been said a million times already, as long as the other driver is considered at fault, your coverage doesn't matter. |
