I think he made a typo and meant 31,000 km, $12,000.00
Yes that's lower than market value but his side skirts and spoiler are the wrong paint colour, the floor lights are too bright (cheap to fix), and that light up Scion logo has to go. If the mismatch body stuff is corrected/removed and he takes off the tacky shit it would have normal resale value for an automatic.

Could be buyer's remorse a BW** plate is fairly recent, we're now up to BXA*. Could very well be a 2nd owner since 12,000 km is quite a bit of driving in a mere 3-4 months.
