Not that I've seen. Mine has it slightly. But for right now I'd rather have a minor gap then try and get a new one on satin white pearl. Since it's a tri coat it's be almost impossible to paint match.

I wonder if this happens more to the happy bumper than the angry one.

I already knew about this issue the first time I removed my FRS bumper. I played with the headlight assemblies, loosening them to see if I could wiggle them forward in their mount points. I think I may have been a little successful but am not sure.

After I clipped it in, I added only a couple fasteners to loosely hang the bumper from the top.

Then, as I played with the bumper, holding it from the bottom center, I noticed it tends to hang away from those tabs. I also noticed pushing it up and rearward, like a splitter support would, the bumper actually seated itself into the side clips.

I did my best to tighten the fasteners while holding that position but again, I'm not sure it really helped. Although my bumper stays in place, I think it could benefit from a couple little cable supports or spokes pulling the bottom up into the bumper beam.

I have literally nothing to add to this thread, except to point out how stupid it sounds to me when someone says "Oh, I'm so OCD about this". Please, tell me more about how obsessive compulsive disorder you are about panel gaps.
