Camber plate recommendations

Looking for recommendations for camber plates to go along with a set of RaceComp Tarmac 2 coilovers.

What does everyone use?

We're pretty darn happy with the Vorshlag camber plates paired with Tarmac 2s.

I will emphatically endorse the Vorshlag plates as well.

My vote goes to Kw, for two reasons:

1) Reliability, since they’re the only plates with a dust boot which cover the bottom part preventing debris and dust to come inside the spherical.

2) Design: they roughly add 15mm of bump travel and the plastic collar between the upper spring perch and the bottom part of the spherical case makes everything super silent and smooth while the strut is turned.

Kw doesn’t sell the pillow ball as a replacement but you can easily buy one from Rodobal.

Thanks for the advice on the Vorshlags. I noticed they are the most expensive top hats I’ve seen paired with Coilovers for the GR86/BRZs. I figured there might be respectable less expensive options.

The KW plates are not sold separately in the USA.

I think I originally planned to get raceng plates but due to time/cost I wound up getting Verus camber plates instead. They've been on the car for a couple of years, including winter driving, with no issues yet.

Vorshlag plates were just too expensive and longer shipping/lead time than I was working with at the time.

Get a set of rce superstreet, save the shocks as backup/down time during rebuild/off season driving etc. That is basically what I did. I used roughly a dozen different camber plates and those KWs is the most I liked.

Yup, like I said; no problems with a couple of years on them including winter driving.

Andrew,

Are you sure the Verus plates fit in the ‘22 models?
