Not bad at all, the W2A intercoolers on those were pretty decent for a road car.

For the amount of money you'd spend on this old ass car you can buy something more current, reliable, and just overall better.

On that note I've always loved the Evolution V and VI since I was a teenager. If I were given the chance to buy one, I probably wouldn't spend anything over 10k for it.
Yeah, then you would never find a decent one at that price range.

People who like old cars must be idiots, they should definitely get rid of them and buy new ones.
You should get rid of your car now, there are cars built after yours that are better.

Lol dude relax all I said was I don't get the hype about the older Skylines. Don't know why you twisted my words. I can't wrap my head around the people paying 20-30k for them.

Like I said if you grew up loving the older Skylines and it was always your dream car that's one thing, but there are definitely people who talk about how they want one because it's pretty much the cliche JDM car.

Also I have a friend who bought a Soarer for 10k and another friend who got a 93 RHD FD RX-7 for 11 and change. Both of those cars were purchased around 3 or 4 years go. So getting a Evo V or VI in decent condition for around 10k doesn't sound like a stretch.

Definitely. It's a pretty popular upgrade in the mr2 community. I think they've been shown to support up to 400hp.

It is the original godzilla with a long pedigree and still relevant now due to E85 fueling upgrade (580WHP), way more power for just about everyone here to drive on track (drag is too easy). Go drive a nice one, you'll appreciate how good it is even compared to current cars.

Yeap, they are worth less than that actually. No one wants them here or in Japan.

Tyre RZ would be more comparable to the Nismo here.

A decent Makinen is way over that.

These cars would be a waste for people expecting to use it like a 10k car, so naturally a good example isn't the type of car for you.

Say what you want, but i'm a sucker for 80's boxyness. The R30 is my favorite. Best part? They're pretty cheap, even with importing one. Japan does box better than the Italians, that's saying alot!

I even owned one of the most rare JDM cars that ever came to America. But of course, you haven't heard of it.
