I have no definitions in the definition manager and its saying that I need a 32 bit JRE to get full functions and I am having trouble finding where that is. I'm a noob at this and I'm just trying to get a pop tune for my frs.

Doesn't the OFT handle everything without needing a computer?

JRE = Java for your computer. https://www.oracle.com/java/technolo...wnloads/#java8

It works with the 64 bits version also. Just install Java and ignore the Error.

Only the flashing/logging part. If you want to edit a rom you need a PC with RomRaider.
