Call me ricer, but I kinda want to test out plastidip thingy on my wheels. I could think of all the reasons, but it's still an "excuses" and not legit reasons.

Is that stuff easy to peel off if you want to try a different color?

So they claim. Few of my friend tested and had few good results and bad results.

I just want different color on my racing wheels and thought to try those out.

You gotta put on lots of coats if you want it to peel off easily.

How many coats are you talking bout. One place is selling the wheel kit 1 can per wheel. Is that enough?

Same shit. Its just glossy. Also, depending on the autodip color you need a base coat of another color so cost is higher (and its already more expensive as it is)

Clean the surface well and use a can per wheel basically (maybe only 3 cans total if they dont have a lot of surface area). Mine have been dipped and peeled off ok. For small spots left over friction from just rubbing your hand over it peels it no problem

Itll last til you curb it or install new tires basically as long as its applied properly (aka clean surface and think)

So there is no such thing as a soft touch wrap? I've seen shops doing wraps on rims much like how people do these crazy color wraps on their car exteriors.

Plastic dip from what I've seen peels like within the year from stuff like stone chips.
