I'm sure people will wrap these to be rolling billboards

I think these will do so well because they are so ostentatious. Lamborghini owners might even give Cybertruck owners a nod.

There is some good tech in it, but there is nothing about the design itself I like. Not one redeeming factor. It's not even really a truck, more like a UTE, but not in a good way, because I love a good UTE.

The cybertruck is when you tell a young 5 year old child to draw a Prius Truck.

Show them a prius, and say "this is a Prius...i want you to take this car, and draw what you think it would be if it was a truck."

Congratulations kid, you are now a millionaire!

Model 3 Highland update is out. Small front and rear changes. Small interior changes. 12% more range. I'm curious if they will be using the CATL LFP batteries across the range eventually, but maybe that will be next year, as they continually upgrade the car as things come out. I prefer the look of this over the outgoing model.

I will say the new Model 3 is more attractive, even looks a little like some of the original concepts for the FT86, but it pretty much confirms I'll never buy a Tesla based on the direction they took it.

The "minimalist" interior, including removing the stalks, is just not something I want. So, for me at least it is neither a "game changer" nor is it the "best car ever"

lol.

1.FINGERPRINTS!!! this is why even the delorean had a heavily-brushed stainless body. to hide grease/dirt/imperfections better.

2. waviness-- this is why newer body panel designs have so many angles/creases/swoops to them. it's for panel rigidity, as well as to better hide the imperfections between panels, which allows tolerances to be a little more lax.

yep.

this is the first time that i really wish a company would have gone with the more standard 'corporate' face of tesla-- make it look like a model Y with the rear end cut out for truck capabilities.

i didn't know the truck was going to have 4-wheel steering. seems they didn't do their homework on why gm dropped it...

still wins the title of ugliest suv-masquerading-as-a-truck ever.
