Businesses opening back up, money flowing , people having more babies (again) , people consuming more, people driving more , more air pollutants , more particulate matter in the air, more auto accidents happening day to day, MORE.
it's par for the course for me.

once a long time ago, i thought i was right, turns out i was mistaken.

We all wish this crisis would be over soon. Of course everyone would like to get back to 'normal' life. Again unfortunately, that's not going to be the case. The coronavirus is going to be a problem and will require changes in behavior until an effective vaccine is widely available. The very best warp speed case for that would be 18 months, and more likely 2-3 years (even that would be amazingly fast, and I know this because I spent my >35 year career developing drugs). Until then -

Stay safe everyone.
Thanks, The jury is still out how temperature really affects coronavirus. We don't know definitively for sure yet. At least that's what I gather from reading that one article , and what others are chiming in saying.

In Canada it seems like some dealerships are also offering loyalty discounted finance rates for existing toyota owners reducing -1.5% off either finance or lease rates. With this, it effectively drops the rate down to 0.9% over 36 months which is pretty awesome. May not put such a big down payment or rush to pay it off as originally planned at this rate as the impending inflation with this pandemic will far exceed the 0.9%!

When I got my 2017 it was 0.99% for 7 years. I don't like payments but i get 4+ % in dividends on my investments. Always take the free money.

Well, I'm considering buying a 2020 model, but I'm concerned about how much I can get for it. The Hakone (only manual one) or the Limited/Ts are about 30k MSRP at my local dealerships and if I can knock off a couple of grand off there it'll be great. The only question is how much do you think they'll knock off, hopefully, more than 2 grand? I should mention I work in the medical field too if that'll make it cheaper
