noticed some fraying on my red stitching

Just like the title says... the closer I look the more stuff I find haha. Anyways I was looking at my steering wheel stitching pretty closely today after getting my brz detailed. I noticed on both sides the part of the wheel that my hands touch the most that the red stitching was pretty beat up already... kind of surprising. What can I do to minimize this? I think maybe some sort of wax? Like beeswax? Just lightly try and rub it into the fibers so they "stay together"? haha this is my babies first sign of wear so it's kind of a big deal!

Go to JoAnn Fabrics or another textiles/crafts store and get some Fray Stop.

NOT the aerosol kind!
