2022 GR86 JDM Street Build
Picked up a used base model TrackbRed 2022 GR86 about 5 months ago and have added things bit by bit to turn it into a dream JDM street build. Since I have my time attack FRS, this car will not likely see too much of the track so it'll have aesthetic and performance mods geared more toward comfort and fun.
Everything will be documented on my YouTube channel so feel free to follow allong: www.youtube.com/kevinvo Build List: Sayber Design Carbon Fiber Front Lip FactionFab F-Spec Coilovers AWE Touring Edition Catback Exhaust Cusco Strut Tower Bar Front Cusco Strut Tower Bar Rear Cusco Adjustable Rear Lower Control Arms Cusco Adjustable Rear Toe Arms Cusco Trailing Arms Cusco Rear Upper Lateral Control Arms Yokohama Advan TCIII 18x9.5 +45 Kumho V730 255/35r18 DIY 4th Brake Light OEM GR Spoiler |

That front air dam is begging to have an aluminum rectangle stuffed behind it. So beautiful, good idea to post a build thread

That splitter is very pretty. They need to make a different version of that same splitter. I'd like to have something that is the same shape, but be less concerned about damaging it. Not quite disposable, but something less precious.
I don't want to worry about going off track and damaging: 1. my car where the splitter attaches 2. my bank account

Thanks. Don't get me wrong, this is great for a street car driven carefully. But far from ideal for anyone willing to track their car above 7/10ths.

Update for those who don't want to wait for a video. This is with a completely stock engine besides a catback on 91 octane. We'll toss some 93 and E85 on there to see where we end up!

So around 221 whp tuned on 91. How big a difference, if at all, do you think it would make if you’d tuned it on 93?
