Pedders top hats

I know about the camber/caster adjustment these offer, but are there any negatives for the stock struts running these? Will it impact the operation/life of the struts at all or am I just overthinking this?

There shouldn't be any negative impacts on the struts with these, as the actual magnitude of the camber and caster changes are quite minor.

They just give that *little* bit extra that will help get things within a more performance-oriented range alignment-wise without going to a full camber/caster plate and the potential NVH those bring.

I’ve run the Pedders top mounts for two years now with no issues.
For the record my current set-up is TRD springs on Koni Yellows with camber bolts at both locations (16mm top, 14mm bottom).
With these parts a -2.75 front camber is easily achieved. In fact my alignment guru stated he could get -3.5 but that would be too extreme for my 95% DD of that time. This works okay for lapping although now that I’m retired I would opt for the -3.5 had I not recently bought a set of Ohlin’s which included adjustable camber plates. I’ll install these this winter using the camber bolts for some -5 degree spring track fun.
