Probably should add a water reservoir in the trunk and mount the constant flow pump (or an upgrade to that pump) there. That'll add water mass to flow through the system that is not anywhere near being heated by the engine and is after the heat exchanger. That should help in the high heat environments like us desert dwellers.

Is that coming from your throttle body?

that just sends a vacuum signal to the bypass valve. a tiny leak isn't a huge problem there. i would still try to stop it

Thanks. Hopefully stopping it will clear my P0171 CEL.

Do you happen to know if I have to take off the manifold to fix it/try to stop it or how to stop it? The shop that I took it to didn't want to touch it, they just told me to call Innovate or take it back to where I got it installed.

Nevermind it is connected to the throttle body.

I removed the TB and sealed the grey plastic L connectors and put back together, took car down to the dyno.
Previous run with suspected leak
211whp180ftlb
Leak fixed
233whp185ftlb

The above made on 91 Oct 75mm pulley

Any other mods? What is your baseline stock dyno?

My base line was 155whp 141ftlb
I added AFE DIF, Borla Header, decatted 3" performance exhaust.
I still have the stock overpipe, I seriously think it needs to go???
At 233whp the car is truly insane.

The stock OP is a pretty big restriction. Even though I have no numbers to prove it, when I replaced mine I noticed a world of difference. The butt dyno doesn't lie!

OP is on my list, just trying to figure out which is the best to get.

I have the worst Butt dyno, truly not in sync with my car. When I think Booom I get terrible numbers and then I think the car is not pulling I feel no difference, whaaam 20whp gain.

Having a dyno down the road, I have put every item installed in the dyno and understood what it has done, so when OP is fitted I'll share.

That's awesome. Question.. when it comes time for inspections, what do you do about having no cat?

Our laws don't require a vehicle inspection until 5 years old if I'm not mistaken.

I have due to sound of the Borla and decatted being just too crazy, fitted a HPC to the front pipe to reduce sound, but over here its Africa rules...
