Denver BRZ @ GO Subaru
Denver peeps. GO Subaru on Arapahoe Road has a BRZ on display until tomorrow 4/7/2012. If you are serious about buying I would only speak with Annmarie or Jenny - they have been awesome to deal with.
Baby seat only works if you have zero front passengers I bet I was the only person trying to install a baby seat in the BRZ - everybody thought I was nuts. Last edited by kablammo; 04-06-2012 at 05:27 PM. |

Just my luck I checked the forum a day late .
Any idea why it was going to be on display for such a short time, is it on tour? I'd like it to show up at Mike Shaw Subaru which is closer to me. Is the last pic a demonstration of the head room for tall passengers? How's the leg room? |

Legroom is not good in the back seat. To fit 4 adults the front passengers would have to set their seats as if they were 5'5". Rear headroom is not very good as well as I'm 5'10" and my head was resting on the rear glass. This should come as no surprise as it's not made to be people a carrier. |

I'll give em a ring tomorrow. BTW which way are you leaning FR-S or BRZ? Have you committed to a dealership?

Regarding brand....totally a toss up but here are a couple things that are in the back of my mind.
EDIT: Some of the threads poping up about TC, VSC and BOS are not helping in my decision making process. These nannies, if they cannot be turned off, are a deal breaker. Link to thread: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...634#post178634 k Last edited by kablammo; 04-09-2012 at 05:41 PM. |

Called Mike Shaw, it is on display today and tomorrow. Wish they'd let us test drive it now!

Nice pic of the inside of the fender. That black plastic piece looks like it should come off pretty easily for a replacement

Got to see it. Got to sit in it. Looks good, feels good. The seats fit me just right since I am not a tall man. However my buddies are bigger than I and one of em fits perfectly with the front seat pushed all the way back, making the back seat not even an option for my other buddy. Guess that means I am out of the car pool rotation for lunch runs. For that reason my buddy is trying to convince me to not get it.
I fear having this as my one and only car come the snow fall though as I can imagine I will have as bad as a time as I did with my Mustang. With the lower profile it might be a little worse as I would be acting as my neighborhood's snow plow. |

You definitely weren't the only one...I wasn't going to buy without knowing one would fit for sure. My kid is in a front-facing now though, so I can still actually have a (short) passenger. >.<
