LOL The pictures of many of those places are very deceiving. They do not really look that nice. They monitor the income VERY closely to make sure you don't earn over the limit and there are waiting lists for years for most of the nicer places.

They also tend to blow themselves up with meth labs on a fairly regular basis.
This was in the complex near my house.

I think that lumber/wood shortage is affecting me directly. I've been searching for a dining table and chairs to get for my new apartment the past month and basically anything that is not from IKEA has a 1-2 month delay, minimum. Since I can't make up my mind on what to get, every time I go back to look at something that I might want there's a new ETA that's further out.

We have customers that are starting to get mad it is hard to get parts. I told them to go try to buy appliances, furniture, ect. and see what the lead time is.

There was just an article on this MTB page about keeping your bike going due to parts shortages.

I read an article yesterday that Ford have thousands & thousands of F-150 on the field not able to ship or distribute to the dealerships cuz they’re missing a chip that they need.

Yeah, currently everything is out… correction, just smaller supply company went bankrupt or closed resulting big manufacturer not able to meet the demands.

This will prob be happening next few years. Positive view is, that makes a right time to make a business (certain kind of business).

There is a massive shipping container shortage right now too. We have a new supplier in Indonesia, we told them to look into bookings now. They just emailed back and they can't find any within weeks of the parts being completed.
