Got all 8 kits to fit in my car. They put all clips and hardware together. Anyone know how many should be with each kit?

Thanks to @shiumai, there should be 16 small clips, 4 larger clips, 6 screws, and 4 nuts. Already met with a few guys, let's arrange this weekend to meet up. Shoot me a PM or text.

Just finished install, took about 2 hours taking my time from start to finish.
Hardest part was getting the 8 outer plugs off the car. Once those were off it was quick to install all 4 underpanels.

This is probably common sense, but make sure the front under panel overlaps the long side panels you install. It was mentioned in the other thread, and is the only way to get them to really fit properly since they are shaped to fit one way. You'll end up with extra hardware if you reuse the original hardware on your car.

Easy mod that will help protect the undercarriage.

I'll be in Old Town Pasadena in the morning for breakfast/brunch and then be around South Bay later on in the day. You guys have my number I believe, so shoot me a text when you're available to meet up, trying to get all of these to their respective owners asap.

got my panels installed this morning - also took a couple of hours at leisurely pace. thanks JDKane for putting this together!

as mentioned previously, it's all very straightforward. the eight side clips were of course the most time consuming. i had a panel clip removal tool, but the notch was too wide and it wouldn't pull the clips off. once i got a clip sticking out a bit, i then grabbed it with a mini vise grip, then just twisted and pulled till they came out. took about 5 mins to do each one once i figured out the technique. it also helped to use a tiny screwdriver to release one of the 'ears' on the clip, otherwise i'd be fighting both.

everything fits up perfectly - no issues with mismatched holes etc.

So I finally got around to installing the panels today. How the hell do you get those painted over plastic clips on the sides? Will using a trim remover tool make it any easier?

Use a knife to seperate the clip from the sealant sprayed on the underside of the car. I found using a small flathead to push the feet holding it in helps to slide out one side of the clip and pull it out that way.

You can follow this DIY:

This is what I did and it was still a bitch to remove.. that's why I was hoping a panel remover tool or another specialty tool will just magically make it a easy process. lol I guess there is no way around it.

Thanks again. BTW Buttonwillow with Speedtrial this weekend, yo. Going sunday.

So I went ahead and picked up a trim remover tool from autozone. Along with a small flat tipped screwdriver to help the tool to slide under the clips, I was able to remove them very cleanly and very quickly. Might even be able to reuse the clips if you bend back the slightly mangled retaining prongs. Well worth the $6 spent.
