I'm quite lost guys, can someone please advise me why some people are running front +33 offset and some +45 ?

What is the correct or recommended offset for front ?

a number of factors (someone more knowledgeable will probably add to the list) -

- wheel (rim) width
- tire width
- inside clearance (to suspension components)
- outside clearance (usually fender)
- desired 'flushness'
- hub/bearing loads

front/rear offset is +48 for OEM wheels/tires

Yeah you should be fine with that. My advise would be to fit wider tires though. If you like the stretched look, you should be alright.
