Yeah, for some reason I don't really care for the Lexus F-style tips. They look decent on the Corolla hatch, but it's a little too flashy for me.

Just that guy's thumbnail pose annoys me (I've actually blocked YT from suggesting any of his videos, lol).

I've never seen any review videos from anyone other than Top Gear. I know about some because they are mentioned in sites like this, but never really decided to donate about 15+ minutes of my time watching someone ramble and going of on tangents. Jeremy Clarkson and the rest of the crew, was just too funny to pass.

Now, Donut Media, that's is my favorite, because is mostly educational and they're all funny as hell.

With the very limited planned production there my be fewer mods available than you may think.
The aftermarket is not likely to pump a pile of R and D capital into a model with only 8,600 worldwide units. Be a great way to lose money.

"Toyota said artisans at the Motomachi plant will hand-build 8,600 GR Corollas for global consumption. The U.S. market will get 5,100 units of the 2022 GR Corolla Core, 1,500 units of the GR Corolla Circuit Edition. The rest of the world fights for the remaining 2,000 units".

Hey, in hindsight, at least the U.S will get the car. May never reach my hands, but it'll help cry a little less at night knowing they're out on our streets.

I strongly doubt anybody that hasn't already dropped a deposit and got as firm a contract as possible (we have seen how those go with Toyota) will be getting any.
Not a hope in hell of getting a test drive even.

I will probably never even see one. I believe we are getting something like 200 here (rumoured) so will be really rare.
Considering there are around 20,000 total for all years Twins in Canada and I can easily go weeks or even months without seeing another one the odds of spotting a GRC are remote at best.

They are always straight to the point with their info, which is great if you want something short and simple.

I enjoy watching the Straight Pipe's reviews. They have a more relaxed, not so try hard style. At least it doesn't come off as try hard to me.
ThrottleHouse is also very enjoyable.
Both ThrottleHouse and TheStraightPipes are local (southern Ontario/GTA area) so that's a nice bonus.

I may be able to see one, there's at least 3 GR86s in my tiny town, mostly because its a highly touristic area for some reason. Other than that I fully agree with your statement.

Sucks for us who can't just decide to wake up and go order a new car whenever we feel like it. I would like another sports car that is more practical, had my hopes on the Corolla but I guess maybe I'll end up with another Mazda.

Pricing rumors are out there. Nothing surprising if true/accurate.

I watch Donut, but I would not really consider them educational. Sure, they do a lot of DIY stuff, but not in tge tutorial sense. It really is more entertainment only imo.

That's pretty much where I assumed it would be. Hopefully it is true.

I watched a few TH videos, but for some reason I didn't hook on.
