I do not have have the "SSC" kit, but have the SPC control arms and the RCE sway bars(look to be a re-branded eibach). I had to get aftermarket endlinks to get them to fit. Even at that, I have broke 4 Whiteline endlinks. If I can find pictures, I will forward them to you.

All the classes that allow you to swap a sway bar allow you to use adjustable endlinks. Write some letters and fix the BS. Mike Cobb (President of SCCA) is an active member in my region, maybe it's time for me to start making a fuss to the boss directly (I can just bring up the issues as the announcer every time he's in grid or on course).

They're ~$45/ea. OEM. I really also do not think it's going to be a big deal. If anything, grab a couple now before they start disappearing and keep in your tool box.

The stock rears physically did not fit in my car. They were too tall. I am trying to go dig thru my old pics to see if I have some that show the fitment.

Complete SSC car with over 100 runs. Stock endlinks were installed with out issue. They still look new. I don’t see the need for aftermarket endlinks.

TRD lowering springs are supposedly rebranded eibach pro-kits, Toyota sells this car "from the factory" with the same amount of lowering (~1") and stock end links...

It's not going to be pretty, but it's not a defective design.

Wheels

I am interested in the latest thoughts regarding wheels.

I'd like to find some with an offset of 40 or 42 and right at 17 lbs. or close enough that with a creative solution I can get to that weight, at $250 each or less.

The TR Motorsports (with an offset of 45) are really attractive due to their price, but I would rather not run new lug bolts and spacers if it can be avoided. And while design of the wheel is not the highest priority, the design of these is not driving me wild.

Thanks for your thoughts.

The +45 TR wheels are on clearance to make way for the +40 wheels.

They aren't the prettiest, but look much better without the awkward center caps. Doggie approved.

But you're going to need the higher offset to get the needed camber, I've read the 40's rub the strut when you run the available camber through the kit...

Never mind... carry on.

Won't higher offset effectively push the wheel in, making it more likely to rub with neg camber?

Correct. Higher the offset, closer to the strut the wheels moves.
