Will torque app measure correct afr for supercharger?
I'm using the torque app on my android tablet and have seen my air fuel measured but is it accurate enough for supercharger setups and same goes for the boost reading in the app?
Thanks for any info |

MAF, AFR, Boost all work and pretty accurate. remember if you have your stock MAP sensor in you cant read boost as the MAP max is .1bar 3psi |

i wouldn't rely on the stock o2 sensor for any kind of tuning. monitoring, sure. same goes for torque and the common obd2 adapters (ELM327). they're fine for glancing and getting some assurance that things are ok. they're completely useless for any sort of data collection for the purpose of tuning the car.

Fully agree, never new the question was to use Torque to tune with.
I purely use Torque as a reference tool. |

Will torque app measure correct afr for supercharger?
Quote:
Torque will only use the stock sensor which is limited to around 11.02 I believe. So say you start running real rich, you won't ever know. For a FI setup get a dedicated wideband for more accurate readings. Last edited by gdrider77; 12-23-2013 at 02:26 PM. |
