I always get Shell and if not shell I get BP. I don't think it matters too much. I'm more concerned about bigger things honestly lol

Just wanted to add I have fewer high pressure fuel pump squeaks with Chevron gas. I've tested going back and forth between brands locally, but it could be due to volume of sales and age of gas at stations.

Just wanted to mention that lately here in Ontario gas prices have been very low. Some parts I've seen it as low as 0.87/liter. At these prices I'm just making stops by the nearest gas station instead of going out of my way to a Costco, although it's probably even cheaper than 0.87/liter at Costco.

Bot or not a bot? That is the question.
Will watch this spot for "Need help writing your essays? Click here" Unless of course he responds in a non bot fashion.

Excellent! You have no idea how many bot threads start out with one word in a old abandoned thread!

I've used Costco 93 in my 2016 FRS and my 2002 Avalon since forever with no issues.

since the threads been revived, all I use is costco 91, ive actually watched the gas truck drive from a shell into the costco lot to fill the tanks.

That's pretty f*cked up. I also heard some gas stations buy 'used/recycled' gas from other stations that have been sitting. Since it's been at the bottom, it probably has a lot of debris.

All the fuel from refineries are pretty much the same. The different companies add their own additive/detergent mix at the end. Part of the trucks load was probably High or low grade for Shell the other part was for Costco with their additive blend. I also could not find any mention or article of gas stations buying old gas. Edit: I also use Costco. 80 cents cheaper per gallon vs everywhere else. Zero disenable difference in MPG/Feel between any of the brands. |
