Valve spring recall survivor's and gokarting meet. 3/7

Sykart Monthly Meet - 3/7/2019

When: 7:30p – 3/7/2019 (7:30~8:00pm 1st race depending on how busy they are.)
Where: Sykart in Tigard (8205 SW Hunziker St)
Cost: $12 per race for Sykart members, $15 (or more with updating pricing) per race for non-members.
No other fees. Helmets and jumpsuits available for free at Sykart.
($30 optional membership earns one free race plus a free birthday race.)

Come early for practice runs. Reminder, if you buy three races, you get a fourth for free.

*Food and drinks after at the Thirsty Lion Pub and Grill @ Washington Square afterwards.

The good news for old guys like me and @Ultramaroon is that if your valve springs break, you can get a pill for it now.

I'm in, assuming we don't get wiped out by another snowpocalypse.

If I didn't have other first Thursday events to do I would be there with you guys, valve springs and all. I'm scared to take mine in for the recall with all the goodies on my engine.

You should be scared to take it in because they will destroy your engine. The % of failures post-fix is higher than the % of failures pre-fix.
