Got some logs after driving for about 165 KMs.

https://datazap.me/u/compelica/v1?lo...=17&mark=10278

Some observations:

1. AFR runs richer (was at 11.6 at 20% PI, now it's 11.4 at full DI above 5200 RPM range for range)
2. FLKC at -2 and -3 are now -.6 and -2 for the same rpm range (I'm assuming it's due to the charge cooling of additional DI but it could be the additional fueling as well?)
3. For the same rpm ranges (3200 to 5200), why am I seeing different LTFTs between two versions With 20% PI I'm seeing -1.79 but with full DI it's 0.3. Keep in mind that both tunes use 100% DI at that point. I'm assuming it should be the same since nothing was changed?

Also how can I determine if fuel trims are fully learnt? Right now my conclusion for the richer AFRs is that trims aren't fully learnt yet, but thoughts?

Man I hate to be this guy, but could someone take a look at these logs for fuel trim issues. I am being tuned by shiv for my edelbrock sc, /w uel header. One is just a run out of boost from light to light, under 20%~ throttle. The other is just idling in my driveway switching the a/c on and off. Idk if I am reading to much into STFTs but they seem to shoot way up to +20% when the a/c is on and stay there. Shiv is taking longer than I would like to get back to me and unfortunately this is my DD that has already been down for 2 weeks.

How much time are you allowing for your ecu to stabilize fueling. You should at minimum drive the car 5O miles after a reflash before taking any parameters into consideration.

Forgot to come back to this, it would continue well after 50 miles. It ended up being a bolt backed out on the a/c compressor. Guess it was tripping ou the knock sensor.

Yea, I think I may have over tightened it when installing the super charger.

Looks pretty good but in the 3rd gear pull it starts running rich at 4000-6000 rpm.

Have you scaled your MAF?

No stock OFT V4.0x tune. 4th gear starts at 5200 rpm straight from 7500 rpm in 3rd @ 239.8. Other pull is 2nd and yeah I see the 13s But thats leaner?

Oops yeah I meant leaner starting around 236.

Might want to scale your MAF still in this area..

Question on Wayno Tune

I ran the Wayno's Default Petrol Tune on 93 octane (USA) for 200 miles and did the Data Logging. The AFR @ 6500 was 11.02.

So I flashed the Lean 4% Tune and after 200 miles the AFR @ 6500 is now 11.6.

So I'm just below the 11.7 threshold.

For reference with the OFT Stage 1 Tune I was at 11.6 to 11.71 @ 6500.

What do ya'll suggest I do?

Am I okay at 11.6?

Would dropping to 91 Octane make a difference.

Thanks for your help!

0.1 AFR is realistically going to make little/no difference. Remember it's a target but that doesn't mean it has to be that. Then the flip side is, how do you know the AFR reading is accurate? AFRs read from a single sensor are never accurate by their inherent nature. Just use the target AFR as a guideline - if it runs OK then it's OK. Richer is safer, you'll not make any more power by leaning up 0.1 AFR.
