Bad cold start 10:1 91

i got a forged shortblock IAG stage 2 10:1 CR
with a hks v3 SC and some supertech valve springs

Since then my cold starts have been horrible my tuner is taking forever to get back to me so now im giving the forum a try

fuel trims are +9ish until it goes to PI then it drops to +3ish
AFR are good 14.6 it jumps around a lil
my ignition timing is at -4.9 when its bad then when it figures itself out it will jump up to +13 - +14

ive also noticed when it does figure itself out the oil temp is at 100F

i have checked my vacuum lines under the manifold, pcv , and the one that goes to the solenoid

any input is appreciated
