You will get better. Focus on Line and hitting your marks. You missed quite a few apex's but that will come in time.

Track: Gingerman
Time: 1:44.033 Tires: 255/40/17 RT660 Full setup and details in description. Frustrating day, ran plenty of good sectors but never put them all together for one reason or another. The current setup has a lot more to give. |

Here is my fastest lap from Mid-Ohio on Friday, July 29th. I know I still have a few places to get a lot better but I felt like it wasn't bad.

First track day...first time at Road Atlanta.
Snagged a 1:43 on day 2. I definitely could've gone quicker. |

Another event at Mid-Ohio. Managed to get down to a 1:48.427 which a personal best so far. I know there is still plenty of time to find. It was a tougher day for both weather and traffic but it was a good day overall. Anyway, enjoy.

Finally made it out to Grattan, this is definitely the wildest track I've been on. Lives up to its reputation, tons of personality.

First track day in the GR86 yesterday. My best lap was about 1.5s off what the fastest guys in equivalent setups are running. I need to work on my heel toe. At 80% pace I can do it no problem, but when pushing 100% I just am not fast enough, hence why I did this lap mostly in 3rd/4th where 2nd would better. Overall pretty happy though, was quite a big learning day with all my previous track experience being in a DSG MK7 GTI.

I ran 1:25.6 with my MK7 on 245 section Falken RT660s. That car had typical bolt on mods and about 330hp. That was my first time on West. I think that car easily had a low 1:24 in it.
I have seen one guy running 245 section Nexen NFera Rs (the new ones, 200tw) on his Gen 2 BRZ that did a 1:25.1 on the same course. That was in hot weather too, so 1:24 with this car on some grippy 200tws is definitely possible. |
