1 traffic light before turning into my street last night, an S4 paced me off the green light, then took off. I didn't go. But that was the first time for me. Flattering than an S4 would want to, or maybe just looking for an 'easy' win? lol

On the lighter note, while waiting for the BRZ sale to finalize (previous owner had to do the recall, sorted out the DMV), I ended up with a version of it on Gran Turismo. In a way, it made the wait worse. lol

Foot on the floor with commitment.

My friend back in highschool used to regularly hit the speed governer on his 03 cavalier. 170kmh. I remember the first time he picked me up after he got his license and proceeded to scare the sh*t out of me and hit the governer leaving my house, and on the next 3-4 roads he turned onto.

His driver abstract was atrocious for years as a result

He also had a corolla. I remember the mid pipe on his exhaust blowing out mid way through passing somebody. The funniest thing I can remember about that car going from no noise to racecar loud while probably scaring the living hell out of the driver we passed.

I googled it and I was off by 5 years. The Corolla he was driving is in fact a 2003!

I thought I had heard them all! A teenager helping out at the carwash kiosk asked me if my car had "Drift Mode"! I think he's been playing too many video games!

The focus rs has a drift mode button.
And then it flashes a warning that the rear diff has overheated.

I mean, traction control off is essentially “drift mode”....

This guy in a convertible M5 kept fucking with me... He would like wait in traffic (even though he could be passing people) and then after I passed him he would blow by me. I had the cruise control on because I didn't feel like stopping for gas on the way home. I took 12.4 gallons at the gas station near my house so I definitely would have had to stop along the way if I took the bait.
