Help Needed. Anybody an Industrial Electrician?

Ok, so my work is in desperate need of two fully licensed Industrial Electricians. There does not seem to be many around and the only applications we are getting are from overseas.
If you know of anybody please PM me.

Details:
Fresh out of school is fine but need to be licensed already (no apprentices or just starting school).
Must be able to work in Canada.
Located in Woodstock Ontario.
Major (Tier 1) automotive parts supplier in a medium sized manufacturing facility.
Good wage and benefits (Union shop)
Huge room for advancement and transfer to salaried engineering/tech positions

Have you already reached out directly to any of the IBEW locals nearby or even in TO?

Yes. It is a sad situation. We also have 3 different recruiting firms looking but there just isn't anybody out there. We would consider somebody from overseas but the work permit system is messed up so takes forever and they still would not be licensed for Ontario.
Cami just down the road from here seems to be in the same boat.
This is a last ditch attempt to see if word of mouth will help.

"no apprentices or just starting school" that is your problem.
There are many young folks that are eager to learn. However there are not a lot of opportunities out there for them to step into the trade.
