You can spray brake cleaner under the intake with the car running, if there is a vacuum leak it'll suck it in and the short term fuel trim will shoot to the negative side.

Well your long term was like +40 so that's probably not your issue. Try spraying other parts of the intake (after the maf) to see if you can get in the -40 ball park.
