Does either strut set have damping adjustability?

The Konis are adjustable and the Bilsteins are not.

I've always wanted that exact set up on the bilstein. Did you only use them as a track setup because it was too harsh for regular daily driving?

Not at all, I think it's a little firmer than the OEM ride, but nowhere near as harsh. I didn't daily drive my BRZ when I had these because I have two kids, so the car wasn't my primary.

The best way to describe them is it feels like a lighter M2 almost. The Bilsteins are very controllable and manage abrupt bumps better than the OEM gear.

Did you ever run the swift spec r's on the koni shocks? I really like the combo with the B8's but can't do without damping adjustment

No, I didn't, I used the Konis with stock springs for street class autocross competition. The Konis would be fine with the Swift R springs, they can handle up to 400lbs of spring rate according to Koni.

If you are interested, I'll put that combo together for you.
