so, can we list all revisions to the KW kit so people would know what has been updated?

the only ones I'm aware of is:
1. smooth pulleys were replaced with cogged pulleys

2. crank and blower pulleys were replaced with bigger diameter ones and longer belt

3. rotrex oil reservoir mounting location changed - new mounts

4. a new wider pulleys/belt set coming???

@DVO and other folks who don't run speed density tunes (@AZbrz89?) - in case you might have missed it, this is a good thread to read:

Hey guys,

I am purchasing a used KW supercharger soon with the C30 blower. I believe it is one of the earlier models.

I have been reading about the belt issue. Is there anything I can do to prevent it or minimize it from happening such as upgrading different parts? Or do just have to put a few extra belts in my car?

Get the new pulleys and belt, check your tension often, never had any issues with mine.

Check the belt tension often and carry an extra just in case. Not much else you can do beyond that

So I have been having a loose belt problem I decided to address. I heard the belt and when I tried to break 90° I did so really and did more of a 135° so I went to adjust it, baked of the lock nut and tried to tighten and it was TIGHT. I thought it was odd and backed it off and the tensioner never let loose. I thought hmm what else holds this in place? I was at a loss and then I realized NOTHING! So what's holding the block in place? The block has a square end and a round end.... Mine was installed backwards! The pulley could never tension the belt because it's backwards! So very very upset with PRE for this install miss! Got to call them in the am and get this fixed!

@Beechnut87 it looks fine. i can't even imagine how it can be installed backwards. did you unscrew the pulley's bolt?
