Jeffs 2015 FRS RS 1.0 Build - the curse continues
So, backstory.
Back in 2013 I had an FRS, Dark Grey (Forgive me for not knowing the exact color name lol. It was a "5Axis" certified vehicle with the GFX, Wheels, and lowered. I also had tons of CF parts on it and little tidbits here and there. Eventually sold it. A few years ago I decided I wanted a 2015 RS. I looked casually but never did anything. I sold my ZL1 in January, because the payment was ridiculous and I am hopefully buying a house. Back in May, I was just looking around the marketplace and I came across a 2015 with 69k miles, so I inquired. Price was listed at $15000, I negotiated at $13500. May 14, I get in my daily (Colorado) and head west 3 hours to Texarkana. I meet up with the owner, and I fell in love with the car. Other than a few dents, which will be repaired, the car is gorgeous. the only thing it needs is a good detailing, and the trunk carpet/spare assembly for some reason, which I was able to source. We sign the paperwork and I go on my way. Long story short, around 7PM, a reckless driver caused a 3 car accident on one of the highways in dallas, literally 20 minutes from my apartment. Car one clipped car two, sending car two into my lane and boom, front drivers side. thankfully, she's not totaled. After dealing with insurance- It's in the bodyshop right now. A pretty high end one from what I hear and what my research has told me. Should be ready next week. $8600 in total damages. Heres what I have, to make this car exactly how I want it to look and feel Valenti Tails + 3rd brake light Gramlight 57DR, 18x8.5 +38 Firestone Indy 500 Tires CF/Red Steering wheel Carbon Fiber Dash pieces Carbon fiber mirror caps Pioneer InDash Perrin Intake pipe Perrin Drop in filter Various LEDs ModBargains CF Spoiler Morimoto LED Projectors GrimSpeed STB Rays Lugs GramLight Centercaps Gloss Black Toyota Emblems What's next: UEL Headers + Tune Possibly, FT86 Exhaust, love the quad titanium tips System..
