I forgot to clean rotor's before installing adapter's...

So I put on some new adapter's on my car about two day's ago and just realized I forgot to clean the rust off the rotor's. There wasn't much build up but there definitely was some. So far no vibration but just to be safe should I take off my wheel and adapter again just to clean them off? Going to be a pain in the butt but if it's necessary I'll do it.

Just surface rust will not be an issue. When they say to clean off rust they mean if it is heavy or flaking. You would know by now if there was an issue.

^^^ +1. Not enough there to throw any wobble. Just stay on top of the lugs.
