Aint that the truth. Once I hit 210, the real game begins.

I don't eat beef.
Race season prep even though other issues have kept me from racing?
I'm skinny for sure. Always have been. Still can't fit into the pants I wore to my wedding...

You should start. Chicago has some great steakhouses. If you come my way, I have a few ribeye in the freezer.

I may be a tad superstitious here. My initials and beef just don't mix well... though there are a few other reasons at this point to avoid it, IMO. Plus at this point compared to some other red meats, it just lacks flavor.

I usually use bison (american buffalo), but we also have caribou, elk, and venison in the freezer. Well, plus lamb, pork, turkey, chicken, and boar.

I weigh 200 before bed and 194 when I wake up, no pooping in between. Bodyweight fluctuates a lot day to day and time to time.

I typically recommend to disregard the first week of weight loss and start recording at start of week two, since 80-90% of week one weight loss is water, sodium, glycogen, and just food/intestinal waste you aren’t storing as much of anymore and not actual body mass.

Yes. That's why when clients come running to me saying they've dropped 8-10 lbs at the end of the week, I have to gently remind them it was NOT fat. Especially if they were female. But I know there are plenty of trainers out there that insist that 5lbs of fat loss a week is a real thing. What they don't say is that it's not a sustainable thing. But... I still have people telling me this shit all the time.

Man, doing cardio after each workout is getting to me. I've been falling asleep faster at night, which is good. But my feet feel weird not to mention my legs.

Increasing to 5 days a week workouts seems little of overreach, I might stick to 4 for a little until my body gets used to it.

I fucking miss bread.

How long were you doing 4+ days a week before moving to 5? I always suggest people starting with 3-4 for about 6 weeks and then moving to 4-6 max.
