Shannonville full track - Brack school?

Anyone done the school at Shannonville run by Brack I think it is?

I've never run Shannonville and notice there is a full track lapping day Oct 17. Lapping alone is cheap, but considering doing their school to check it out.. though adds a lot to the price.

Anyone else done it? Not sure its worth spending double...

I haven't taken the Brack school before but I have been to one of the events they were at and met Ken, one of the trainers. He seems like a decent guy and he went on course with those of us who weren't in the class for a few laps. I can vouch that he was extremely fast in his Focus ST and passed me like I was standing still. Even a friend of mine driving his RX-8 with a professional racing background could not keep pace with him so these guys definitely have plenty to teach.

I have taken other HPDE courses and in general, it's very worthwhile especially if you're a track novice like me. That said, Shannonville is a fairly slow track and instruction isn't required. It's unlikely that you will get into much trouble on your own but I do think HDPE instruction is massively beneficial.
