Given the 105 degree heat forecast for Thursday, I will be calling sykart to see if we can push it back to next Thursday and hope for better track weather. I will keep people posted.

**UPDATE**- It is official, I called and got us changed to the following Thursday, August 10th at our normal time. Hopefully it will be a little cooler so more people can race. Spots are still open in both heats.

Although that might be the case, as the "new originals" (since most originals have all but sold their cars) should still continue to try and encourage owners to come join us. I believe your current lady friend came from such a time of you reaching out to invite people to the community. There have been several sparks recently to the frs/brz community, such as @Waffle86 with his decals and others. As the "new originals", we should support them and all others to continue to strengthen the community. I have a couple different people possibly joining us for the first time this Thursday. One of which who is for sure coming, he used to be just on the Facebook pages only- not on these forums. I have met several other people in the same situation recently where they didn't even know about FT86club. Also, reposting is a good reminder to the ones who already said they were going.

**That being said, I look forward to seeing you all Thursday. **
