My 2004 Suburban counts as an alternate fuel vehicle in Georgia and allows me to use the carpool lanes even if single rider, if I pay for the AF tag, because it's flexfuel and will run on E85..

I had lunch with a buddy that was telling me he has a friend that has been doing it for 5 years in his Suburban. Apparently technically you have to be able to show you put E85 in it if you ever get questioned.

Very tempting....

Got home today and was just sitting in my truck for a few minutes feeling kinda overwhelmed with how happy and relieved and excited I am for this opportunity. While there are the usual silly things going on, just like with any company, it sounds like this department is fairly sheltered from it and I’m going to have a really good time being here.
